Well! This has been an interesting couple of weeks. I've been absent from the boards for quite some time now but I think it's finally about that time I popped back in to see who's still around. Seems like a lot of you. Everyone still alive and with jobs out there? I had a hell of a time explaining to my students why I was speaking in an Irish accent all last week, but other then that no real harm done. Anyway I just told them I'd been rehearsing for a play and getting in character for it. Kids, they'll seriously believe anything, god bless 'em.
By the way, I'm Isabelle. Eleventh grade English teacher and the reincarnate of Isolde since I was sixteen. You know, like Tristan and Isolde? It really just makes my life that much worse that Tristan is still a total babe. Ugh. Gotta love those twisted Arthurian legends, I'm just glad I never gave birth to my brother's baby or anything insane like that. Nope. Just tore a kingdom apart with my shameless adultery, no biggie! |
